Apollo Program, 1975, "Stowaway to the Moon" TV Movie Crew Patch. 4.25") We have never seen this yellow, blue, red, black patch before till writing this sale and now we have seen two examples. Go figure. The patch was issued for this TV movie which involves the three "astronauts" on an Apollo who discover a child in the command module. We missed the movie, but the patch is even scarcer.
