Apollo Program, 1975, TV Space Movie "Crew Patch" (4.25") This multicolor patch was used in the TV movie "Stowaway to the Moon" (1975), about NASA astronauts on an Apollo mission who discover a child in the Command Module. The characters in the movie were named Rick Lawrence, Capt Ben Pelham and Dave Anderson. A rare, seldom seen crew patch.
