Apollo 16, 1972, FLOWN US Flag (4x6") attached to a printed presentation certificate (10x12") that reads: "This flag was flown aboard the first Apollo mission to the Lunar Highlands". There are blue printed autographs of the crew and Charlie Duke has inscribed and signed at the lower right: "To Ben and ? with best wishes to two of my favorite people. You are topped only by two great Carolinians". The certificate shows some aging, having been kept in its original manila envelope for many years. Rare and attractive. The usual tape stains on the flag should not detract.
