Apollo 12, 1969, FLOWN Gold Foil, Heat Shield and Kapton Foil material (each .25x.3") mounted in a multicolor lucite desk display (4x3x1.5") that reads, in part: "Attached to this display are actual segments flown heatshield material and flown and off cut Kapton Foil material from the Command Module "Yankee Clipper" and the Lunar Module "Intrepid" that were all part of the Historic mission to the Moon by Astronauts Charles "Pete" Conrad, Alan Bean and Richard Gordon". Consignor's photocopy COA included. Attractive and scarce.
