Apollo 12, 1969, FLOWN "Lunar Landing Training Vehicle Patch. "(4") This patch is mounted on a wooden plaque (5x7") with a descriptive metal plaque that reads: "Jere B. Cobb / Lunar Landing Training Vehicle / Manned Spacecraft Center / Houston, TX". ALSO included is a metal plate presentation plaque showing the LLTV vehicle itself with plate autographs of all of the Apollo astronauts who used the vehicle in training. The consignor's COA reads: "I was an instructor in the Lunar Landing Training Vehicle and the Prime Instructor for Pete Conrad, the Apollo 12 Commander. When he flew to the moon, he was kind enough to take this LLTV patch with him and present it to me (on his return)." Even unflown patches for the LLTV are extremely rare.
