Great Britain. Proof Crown, 1839. S.3882; ESC-279; KM-741. Victoria, 1837-1901. Young Head left. The queen's hair bound with Greek-style ribbons. Reverse: Crowned shield within filleted laurel wreath; rose, shamrock and thistle spray below. Plain edge. As issued in sets. A beautiful example with light iridescent toning, glittering mirror fields, with subtle cameo frosted portrait. Very Rare as only about 300 were minted, and few have survived this fine. NGC graded Proof 64 Cameo.
