This Cleveland $5 FRBN possesses marvelous face centering and margins, so nice that if graded alone this piece might grade 66 or even 67. The back design is off center, but only slightly high enough to limit the grade. The colors and inks are bold and bright, and the original paper surfaces are flawless.
