1798 S-179 R2 VF20+. Variety with E over Inverted E in AMERICA. Slightly sharper but there is a collection of very tiny scratches at RTY and a barely visible rim bruise over that R. These marks are barely visible and the eye appeal of this cent remains excellent for the grade. Glossy light chocolate and steel with a few small puffs of darker olive toning on both sides. MDS, Breen state III. The E over Inverted E error in AMERICA is clear.
