1798 S-163 R4 Style I Hair with Small 8 VG10. Sharpness VF25 but dark and covered with uniform moderately strong granularity. No marks or verdigris. Slightly glossy very dark olive and steel. The date and legends are strong. MDS, Breen state VI, with a slightly sunken retained cud break under the 17 and adjacent curl.
