1851 N-12 R1 MS60. Lustrous reddish steel brown with very faded mint red in protected areas, especially on the obverse. The only marks are a small spot of dark reddish carbon on the jawline just left of the earlobe and a small spot of dark steel toning on the left side of star 6. MDS, die state b. The die lines in the field at the date are gone but the crisscrossed lines at the inner curl remain visible. DWH #2531.
