1851 N-9 R3- MS62. Glossy bluish steel brown with 15% of the red remaining on the obverse, 40% on the reverse. There are two small, vertical struck-through lines in the field before the lips and a small nick on the coronet over the E. M-LDS, die state b. The die lines at the main curl are gone and the lapping line from the throat down to the bust tip is clear. CC#4 in the Grellman census. Removed from an NGC slab graded MS64BN (NGC label included). DWH #2155.
