Poland & Western Ukraine 1918-1994, Mint Collection, A massive collection in two Scott specialty albums with the Western Ukraine issue pages added at the back. Most of the later material appears to be NH while the earlier issues are hinged as usual, with some hinge remanants. An estimated catalog value is well in excess of $7500. Many of the remaining classic Poland and Western Ukraine issues are signed and have substantial individual catalog value. Viewing is a must for collector and dealer. Very Fine to Extremely Fine.
