1808 S-277 R2 Turban Head VF25. Sharpness near EF40 but there are some dull scratches on the neck and in the field to the left. Frosty chocolate and steel mixed with some lighter brown in protected areas. A faint splash of reddish chocolate toning shows at the bottom of the T in CENT. Later die state with star 1 very weak due to die failure at STA on the reverse (the so-called 12-Star die state).
