1798 S-181 R3 Style II Hair with Small 8 VF20. Sharpness EF40 but covered with very fine granularity, strongest on the reverse. The roughness is mostly hidden under a rather glossy dark olive and steel patina. No verdigris or contact marks. MDS, Breen state II. The unique oversize fraction found on this variety is strong.
