1776 Machin's Mills Halfpenny Vlack 6-76A Rarity-4 VG10. Sharpness VF20 but covered with fine granularity mixed with a few small pits. No verdigris or notable signs of contact. The color is an attractive and slightly glossy chocolate brown. The date and legends are complete and clear. Not perfect, but not bad for this very popular 1776-dated Machin's Mills product. Weight 105.4 grains.
