1817 N-2 R3 VG7. Off Center. Several points sharper with uniform very fine roughness covering both sides. No verdigris, and the only significant mark is a shallow pit on the unstruck portion of the planchet over AT in STATES. Cleaned and retoned a slightly glossy mix of reddish brown, chocolate, and darker olive. LDS with the reverse die cracks clear and the reverse rotated 45 degrees CCW from the normal head-to-foot orientation. Struck 40% off center to K-1.5. DWH #3449.
