Lot 3727

1904 Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 65. CAC Approved. Lovely gold toning. Only 650 Proofs struck. An impressive Gem Proof with more or less brilliant luster in the centers enlivened by the toning highlights which are deepest in color near the rims. Representative strike for the date, meaning razor-sharp at the head and cap area of the obverse with corresponding keen-edged detail on the eagle, its chest feathers, neck feathers, wings, olive branch and arrows. Extremely inviting where objective quality is key to the buyer's selection. Pop 28; 18 finer, 14 in 66, 4 in 67 (PCGS # 7339) .
Estimated Value $4,000 - 4,250.
