1868 Dollar Octagonal Liberty. BG-1105 High Rarity 4. PCGS graded MS-61. Nice golden toning with fully prooflike surfaces. Die breaks on the reverse; reverse reads: CALIFORNIA / GOLD / 1 / DOLLAR/ 1868. A thin wreath surrounds. This is the Robert B. Gray issued "Necklace Bust" variety. Scarce enough so that Lee's was only EF. Housed in an Old Green Holder (PCGS # 10916) .
