1809 C-3 R1 VG10. Off Center. Slightly sharper but there are some fine scratches on the obverse. Glossy chocolate and steel brown. Smooth and attractive in spite of the obverse marks. Struck 10-15%% off center to K-6.5 leaving the bottom edge of the date tight to the edge of the planchet. EDS, Manley state 1.0. Davy #09.3.9.
