1803 C-4 R4 G5. Off Center. Sharpness VG10 or slightly better but covered with uniform fine granularity on all but the high points, which are mostly smooth. No marks or verdigris. Slightly glossy olive and dark bluish steel. Struck 10% off center to K-4.5 leaving the lower half of the date off the planchet. The reverse is not upset (as so often seen on this variety).
