Benny, Jack (1894-1974) American Comedian. Greeting Card Signed. 2-3/4 x 2", on off-white card stock. Boldly signed in full in black ink. This card makes subtle reference to a time gone by. The initials "L.S./ M.F.T." adorning the bottom left stand for slogan of his corporate sponsorship, "Lucky Strike Means Fine Tobacco." . Lightly soiled but not affecting signature.

For many years I saved the LSMFT card until I had the opportunity to lunch with Mr. Benny at Hillcrest Country Club. He laughed when he saw the card and, of course, signed it. -- Gerry Burg.
