Kingdom of Macedon. Philip II, 359-336 BC. AR Tetradrachm minted at Amphipolis, c. 323-315 BC. Laureate head right of Zeus. Reverse: Youth on horseback right, holding palm; below horse, dolphin and control letter. Cf. Le Rider pl. 46, 19. ICG graded EF45.

It is a shame when coin encapsulators do not weigh their specimens, as that information is lost as long as the coin remains captured in plastic.
