1896, $5 Silver Certificate. PCGS Extremely Fine 40. . Fr-268. . KL-238. This lovely Educational series Five is as bright, crisp, and original as the day it was printed, and has just a few light folds that define the grade. It lacks the "PPQ" designation for Premium Paper Quality because of a very minor mounting trace on the back in the top margin that is trivial and affects nothing, otherwise the is completely flawless for the grade. A lovely $5 Ed that will please any collector.
