Russian Program, 1967, Handmade Military Wall Leaflet" (17.5x25") This handmade wall poster ("The Key is Turned to Start / February 23, 1967") a typed newspaper page attached to a handpainted cardboard that was designed to be hung as a billboard. The piece was issued by the cosmonaut wives in honor of the "1966 Day of of the Soviet Army" (as they did for different local events or national holidays) and is signed by 16 different cosmonauts including Gagarin, Tituv, Nikolayev, Popovich, Bykovsky, Tereshkova, Belayev, Leonov, Gubarev, Feoktistov, Yegorov, Volynov, Shonin, Khrunov, Gorbatko and Artyukhin. The bottom red caption reads: "Congratulations with the Holiday, Dear Comrades." Some faults, but an attractive piece of space memorabilia.
