Cook (6.5x9") This First Edition limited edition artist-signed print was issued in an edition of 950 prints of which the first 200 were remarqued. There was a second edition of 900 prints of which 400 have remarques. This issue was the 39th Federal duck stamp issued. The print is professionally framed/matted to 16x16" with an "Artist-signed" stamp mounted below. Rare and in outstanding condition.
