1966, $3, Federal Duck Stamp Print, "Whistling Swans" by Stanley Stearns (7.5x10.5") This Second Edition limited edition artist-signed print (No. 84/300) was printed via stone lithography with black ink. The First Edition prints were issued in the same quantity, but were unsigned. This issue was the 33rd Federal duck stamp issued. The print is professionally framed/matted to 19x16" with an "Artist-signed" stamp mounted below. A hand-signed artist's authentication label is on the reverse. Rare and in outstanding condition.
