Kouba (7x9.25") This Second Edition limited edition artist-signed unnumbered print was printed via drypoint etching and aquatint on off -black ink on white stock with the artist as platemaker. This issue was the 25th Federal duck stamp issued. The print is professionally framed/matted to 15.5x17" with an "Artist-signed" stamp mounted below. Rare and in outstanding condition.
