1848 N-17 R1. NGC graded MS-62 Brown. Repunched 4. Glossy olive and dark chocolate brown with traces of faded mint red remaining on the obverse and at least 10% of the reverse displaying faded mint color. The only mark is a tiny splash of slightly darker toning close under star 4. E-MDS, die state b. The repunching inside the triangle of the 4 is clear. Our grade is MS60. The attribution and Reiver provenance are noted on the NGC grading label.
