1843 N-5 R1. EF-40. Mature Head. Slightly sharper with a few minor contact marks, including a faint hairline scratch in the field before the face. Frosty medium brown with light chocolate brown toning on the highpoints and several tiny wisps of darker olive brown toning scattered over the obverse. E-MDS, die state b. The die lines over MER are visible but a bit blurry.
