1842 N-8 R1. AU-55. Large Date. Glossy steel and light chocolate brown with satiny mint frost covering the protected areas. A very thin diagonal nick in the field off the tip of the nose and a tiny splash of reddish brown toning under the first A in AMERICA are the only notable marks. Excellent eye appeal, just a touch of very light wear on the highest points from mint state. M-LDS, die state b. The fine die lines behind ONE CENT are gone.
