1803 S-251 R2. VF-20. Small Date and Fraction. Ten points sharper but nicely recolored glossy chocolate brown. A small dig over the second S in STATES is the only notable mark on smooth, attractive surfaces. EDS, Breen state I. The obverse is slightly misaligned to K-4.
