1798 S-166 R1. VF-25 Plus. Style II Hair with Large 8. Close to VF30. The surfaces are attractive and free of verdigris or notable marks, but the gloss is a bit subdued by extremely faint granularity that is visible under strong magnification. Slightly glossy steel and olive brown with frosty lighter reddish chocolate toning in protected areas. Nicely struck E-MDS, Breen state III early. The always-present die crack through E in UNITED is light.
