Band leaders: Guy Lombardo--a 2 x 3½ in. card and a 3 x 5 in piece of paper; Woody Herman, the back of his business card; Skitch Henderson, a 2 x 3½ in. card plus an unsigned business card; Artie Shaw, an Autograph Note Signed on the back of Harry Sparks' letter to him, saying he has no business cards and hopes this will do, 11/12/77; Andre Kostelanetz, his engraved personal card; Fred Waring, a 3 x 5 in. card; Peter Duchin, the back of his business card; Lawrence Welk, the inside of his business card; Doc Severinsen, a 2 x 3½ in. card; Edwin Franko Goldman, a Salvation Army program; and David Rose, a 3 x 5 in. card with a musical quotation inscribed "to Harry Sparks--with thanks." Also, Arthur Murray, a memo page and a card (also signed by Kathryn Murray). All fine.
