Egyptian green glaze faience amulet of Isis. Ptolemaic Period, circa 300 B.C. A fine apple-green faience amulet of Isis seated on a block throne suckling her infant son Horus (missing). Isis wears vulture headdress with uraeus. Horus chipped off at hips. We note some fine restoration. Height: 2¾".
Estimated Value $1,250 - 1,500.
Acquired from Emile Saad of Alexandria in the 1970s.
