Fine Egyptian two-tone Blue Faience Pectoral Scarab. Late Ptolemaic, c. 26th-30th Dynasty, 664-30 B.C. A two-tone turquoise glazed faience pectoral scarab representing Khepri, god of the rising sun. Well carved with crisp details and six oblique piercing for attachment to mummy wrappings. Intact with fine lazing. Length: Approx 2" .
