Andronicus II and Michael IX stg. facing, holding labarum between them. DOC 633-7 var. (emperors hold patriarchal cross between them); Sear-Bendall 2428 var. Nearly Very Fine and very rare with dark patina, apparently a hybrid type with reverse as DOC 647.
