Facing busts of Justin, on l., and Sophia, on r., the emperor helmeted, the empress crowned, VITA in ex. Rev. Large M between ANNO and VIII, S beneath, KAR in ex. DOC 198; MIB 73; Sear 393. Nearly Very Fine and struck on a remarkably thick and heavy flan, unusually nice for this very rare issue.
