Constantius II, AD 337-361. Gold Solidus (4.47 g) minted at Thessalonica, AD 350-355. Diademed, cuirassed and draped bust right of Constantius II. Reverse: Roma and Constantinopolis enthroned, holding inscribed wreath between them; Roma holds spear in left hand; Constantinopolis holds scepter in left hand and rests right foot on a prow. Cf. RIC 153; C. 122. Superb Extremely Fine.
