Vespasian, AD 69-79. AR Denarius minted in Asia (perhaps Antioch), in AD 72-73. Laureate head right of Vespasian. Reverse: Mourning woman (Judaea personified) seated right under palm tree; behind, Titus (or Vespasian) standing right in military dress, holding spear and parazonium. RIC 1558; RPC 1930. Usual porosity. Very Fine.
