Great Britain. Crown, 1687. S.3407; Dav-3779; ESC-78; KM-463. James II, 1685-1688. Second Bust type; TERTIO on edge. Laureate draped bust left. Reverse: Crowned cruciform arms, garter-star at center. Sharply struck for issue and very lustrous, with wonderful surfaces under deep old toning. The finest example we have handled. NGC graded MS-63.
