Great Britain. Pattern 1/3 Guinea, 1776. W&R-137 (Rarity-3). By Richard Yeo. Plain edge. George III, 1760-1820. Laureate bust, facing right. Reverse: Crowned lion standing on a larger crown. A lovely little gold pattern, struck the same year as America's independence was declared. Good eye appeal with a brilliant reflectivity to the surfaces. Very Rare. NGC graded Proof 62.
