1794 S-59 R3. VG-10. Head of 1794. Sharpness VF30 but dark and lightly corroded, strongest on the reverse. No notable verdigris and only a few minor contact marks including a dull nick on the cap under the L in LIBERTY and a smaller one in the field off the tip of the nose. Glossy dark olive and steel, the gloss strongest on the obverse. The date is bold and the legends are clear except for UN and the fraction, which are affected by the corrosion. MDS, Breen state IV.
