Lot 2258

1804 C-6 R2. Fine-15. Spiked Chin. Ten points sharper with numerous fine hairline scratches on the obverse, all well hidden in the glossy dark bluish steel and olive toning. A short line of shallow pinpricks under the T in CENT is the only other significant sign of contact. Looks better than the grade and description might imply. EDS, Manley state 2.0. Fine die cracks extend through the top of the reverse legend, but there are no cud breaks. The Spiked Chin feature is obvious.
Estimated Value $100-UP.

Realized $230
