1847 Hawaiian Cent. ANACS graded EF-45 PL-4; 13 berries; KM #1A. There are two major types of the obverse 1847 cent, crosslet 4 and plain 4. Five types of the reverse exist, each with a different number and position of berries in the wreath (ignoring the two dots below the wreath which are "stops" seperating the words in the legends). The Plain 4, 13 berries is a relatively common one. Attractive deep steel brown surfaces (PCGS # 10965) .
