1868 1¢ Indian. NGC graded Proof 66 Red & Brown. Only 600+ Proofs minted. Well struck with lovely mint red colors, this early Proof is sure to please even the most discriminating Indian cent buyer. 1868 is an oddity when it comes to the Proofs. About half the survivors show die rotation, with the reverse 180 degrees out of normal relative alignment with the reverse. Pop 10; 1 finer in 67RB.
