Herod the Great, 40-4 B.C.E. AE 8 Prutot (24mm). Helmet flanked by two palm branches, with star at top. Reverse: Tripod with lebes, standing on podium, with monogram date LΓ=Year 3 (37 B.C.E.). H-486, AJC 1. The largest coin of Herod. Obverse 20% off-center, reverse is especially sharp and very well centered. Choice Very Fine.
