1797 S-143 R5. Good-6. Stemless Wreath. Sharpness F15 but covered with fine porosity and small pitmarks, and there is a larger patch of shallow corrosion on the first A in AMERICA plus a smaller one on the bottom of the U in UNITED. Slightly glossy chocolate and olive brown. The date is strong and the legends are clear except for OF, which was not struck up. The Stemless Wreath feature is obvious.
