1806 S-270 R1. EF-45. Slightly sharper with faint traces of microscopic roughness on both sides and a dusting of fine crud in protected areas. Lustrous reddish chocolate and steel brown with frosty lighter brown toning faded down from mint color mixed in on the obverse. No marks or other distractions. The luster and eye appeal of this cent are excellent in spite of the imperfect surfaces. MDS, Breen state III.
