1802 S-239 R3. EF-40. Glossy chocolate and steel with frosty lighter steel brown in protected areas. Smooth and quite attractive, nearly flawless. A tiny pinscratch near the dentils left of the hair ribbon and a small pinprick in the field above the hair ribbon are the only marks. LDS, Breen state V, with a raised retained cud sliver between two die cracks before the face. A nice example of a neat die state. Called EF45 net VF35 and tied for CC#9 in the Noyes census, his photo #29998.
