1794 S-62 R4+. Fine-15. Glossy light olive and chocolate with lighter brown toning in protected areas on the obverse. Excellent surfaces, smooth and free of any hint of corrosion or verdigris. Just a few microscopic marks, including a light diagonal nick high on the neck and a tiny rim bruise over the second S in STATES. Great eye appeal for the grade. Rare EDS, Breen state I, before the cud break on the left side of the obverse. Called F15 and tied for CC#12 overall but CC#3 of the EDS in the Noyes census, his photo #36059.
